Trophyology works primarily with two North American hardwoods: walnut and maple. Walnut is dark, warm, and richly figured, a classic of modern design and traditional craftsmanship. Maple is light blonde, with a fine, consistent grain. Both species photograph beautifully and translate with precision into refined award designs. Both are sourced from North American forests managed for long-term health, and finished to bring out their natural character. We also offer ebony-stained wood for occasions and programs that call for a darker tonal palette. Each piece carries its own natural variation in grain, which means every award is genuinely unique, just like each honoree.

Once you move forward, we gather your ideal in-hand date, logo files, engraving copy, and wood and finish preferences. Our team then develops three graphic concepts for your review. After you select a direction, we provide individual engraving proofs for each honoree via Adobe Sign. Once proofs are approved, we move into production. When your awards ship, you will receive tracking information. After delivery, we send photographs of your finished awards and follow up to make sure everything meets your expectations.
