Product Quality

Our awards, trophies, plaques and gifts are handcrafted from fine materials, such as wood, metal, and glass. Each member of our team channels love and attention to detail into our work. We strive for excellent quality standards from beginning to end.  Handcrafted quality means that each piece will have its own variations. No two pieces are alike and we consider variations part of the inherent charm and beauty of our work. Most of our designs are made from wood and as a natural material, wood will have inherent variation in coloration, texture, grain, density, etc. These variations are considered normal and contribute to the individuality and uniqueness of each piece. All dimensions noted on our website and catalog are approximate to accommodate for any potential size variation of our handcrafted products. 


Each award, plaque, and/or gift is priced based on its size, complexity, and finish. Please contact us for pricing information. Depending on your location, sales tax may also apply.

Ordering Policy

A 50% down payment is required when placing an order, unless alternate arrangements have been made. The balance is due when your award, plaque and/or gift order is complete and ready for shipment. We accept company checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Under no circumstances can we ship an order before full payment has been received.

The invoice balance will be due on the day of/or before the awards ship, unless other arrangements have been made. We will either send an electronic invoice or automatically charge your credit card. If you prefer another method of payment for the balance, or would like to receive a courtesy call in advance, please advise us right away.

Shipping Charges

We typically ship our trophies, plaques, and gifts via Fedex Ground Delivery unless otherwise requested or agreed upon to meet our clients’ timelines. UPS and DHL services are also available. We insure all shipments with shipping insurance and require a signature at time of delivery. International orders will ship through the client’s shipping account.    

Freight Damage

Please report any and all freight damaged shipments to us immediately, including photos of the damaged packaging and goods. Please save all original packing materials. We will file a freight claim with the carrier and provide instructions for next steps.

Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations

Almost all of our trophies, plaques, and gifts are “made to order”, and have customized engraving and other design elements that are specific to our clients’ needs. As such, we do not offer a return or refund policy for orders. Given the custom manufacturing involved with each order, all sales are considered "final" once placed, and orders cannot be cancelled, or quantities reduced, once the order is finalized. In all cases, deposits are non-refundable.

If there is an unnatural defect or problem with your award, plaque, and/or gift that is not part of the variations described above, please contact us within 3 business days of your receipt of the order. We will review the issue and do our very best to remedy it expediently.

If there are errors in the award engraving that were based on errors in the files and/or instructions that were sent to us by our client, we will work to correct these errors expediently. However, all costs associated with these corrections will be the client’s responsibility.

In addition, excessive content and design changes made to the engraving specifications following the development of a review proof may result in additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All designs represented on Trophyology.com are the intellectual property of Trophyology/Eva Schone. Any design work created by Trophyology/Eva Schone in the course of designing and/or producing a custom award for a client (including, but not limited to, sketches, other forms of original artwork, electronic design files, production schematics, models, and prototypes) is the property of Trophyology/Eva Schone and may not be used for any other purpose other than the production of the client’s custom award by Trophyology. No other entity may fabricate a Trophyology/Eva Schone design without prior expressed written consent by Trophyology/Eva Schone.
