Celebrating 10 Years of Trophyology

Ten years ago this month, founder Eva Schöne pursued her vision for a modern award and recognition design firm that would redefine expectations for honoring achievement. Since Trophyology's inception in 2011, Trophyology has been privileged to handcraft and personalize over 6,000 fine awards and work with over 500 corporate clients, such as Fidelity Investments, Herman Miller, Citi Group, LinkedIn, Facebook, Oracle, and the American Institute of Architects.

Each of our clients has been instrumental to our growth and success, whether we've created one award together or several hundred. We build meaningful long-term relationships around shared values and the belief that the quality of recognition objects should match the qualities for which someone is being honored. Awards should be worth giving and worth keeping. After all, why reward a job well done with a trophy that’s not? 

As we reflect on the past decade, we feel tremendous gratitude for the trust our clients place in us every day that allows us to pursue this work with passion and an aim for excellence.
